Tuheru
the one who notices
Trained at Duug Respodesa and chosen for Corestone — the highest honour a Nauciti can receive. He cooks like it’s a language. He knows wing care, massage, and the Art of Presence, which means he reads what you need before you’ve decided to ask for it. Nineteen annums of service, not one misstep.
He’s there from the first pages of The Song of Seven Fires, MOTHS Book One.
Your Fa’loom
Ohýme
the one who stays
Dark hair, green eyes, quiet hands. He doesn’t rush you and he doesn’t perform. He told Lireah he would stay as long as she wanted him, and he meant it exactly as plainly as he said it.
He’s in Kiss of the Serpent, Nuama After Dark Book Two.
Your Fa’loom
Asobi
the one who talks
He will tell you where you are, what you’re eating, who everyone is and whether your wings are tired, all before you’ve finished your first sentence. Raised at Duug Oa’lan and trained deeply in the art of food preparation and presence. You will never be confused and you will never be hungry.
He’s in Caress of the Serpent, Nuama After Dark Book Three.
Your Fa’loom
Ektu
the one who’s glad
When Yaneah chose him, he looked as though he could dissolve into the moss from sheer joy. That’s Ektu. A deep, resonant voice, complete devotion, and not one ounce of hesitation about being yours.
He’s in Embrace of the Serpent, Nuama After Dark Book One.
Your Fa’loom
Bahlir
the beautiful one
New robes, hammered copper cuffs, a sunstone ring, charcoal tattoos lined in gold, worn on a tether-sash. Bahlir is immaculate and entirely aware of it. “I — and others — have thought of you often.”
He’s at Corestone, through the MOTHS series.
Your Fa’loom
Vesperan
the one they recommend
The broadest shoulders at the duug, and he can finish several times before he’s spent. The women who know recommend him more often than almost anyone. Nothing subtle is happening here, and you did not ask for subtle.
He’s in Desire of the Serpent, Nuama After Dark Book Four.
Somewhere behind you is Da’reth, and everything it took. Ahead is Nuama — where women rule, the food never runs out, and someone has already been assigned to you.
Four questions. Let’s find out who’s coming.
